I have led the development of software, hardware, firmware, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions that power telecommunications and network infrastructure products used by operators around the world. In my present role, as Head of R&D, I provide executive leadership across software, hardware, firmware and artificial intelligence initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, I help align technology investments with market opportunities, customer needs, and long-term business objectives. My recent work includes delivering new revenue-generating products, establishing enterprise AI capabilities, modernizing engineering operating models, and strengthening innovation performance during periods of significant business transformation.

A significant part of my career has been dedicated to building and scaling international engineering organizations. I have led multidisciplinary teams across Europe, India, China, and the United States, creating high-performing environments where innovation, execution, and continuous improvement drive competitive advantage.
